A Tradition of Excellence

Founded in 1861,Holy Angels Academy has been educating young women in Western New York for close to 150 years. In 1930, Holy Angels Academy moved from the D’Youville College site to its present address. Located in an established residential section of North Buffalo, the Academy is accessible to students living in all neighborhoods of Buffalo and the suburbs of Erie County. .Based on the teachings and moral foundations of the Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart Holy Angels Academy graduates young women with not only an education but a moral compass for her future.

Graduates from Holy Angels Academy go onto studies and careers in the sciences, education, law, business and medicine. Many our angels continue their dedication to justice and compassion in our world with their work for charitable causes and dedication to helping those around them.

  • 75 % of the graduating class of 2007 received at least one college scholarship
     

  • 100% of the graduating class received regents diplomas, 86% received advanced regents diplomas
